Bruce Mitchell is 44 years of age and has dedicated the last twenty-two years working privately and professionally with many people to help them develop their lives and become more motivated and independent. He is based in Inverkeithing in Fife, Scotland. He has accrued a vast experience through working with a wide range of clients from all walks of life.
He has worked with people with drug and alcohol issues supporting them through their addictive behaviour and helping them on the road to recovery, taking them beyond Alcoholics Anonymous. Also he has advised directors of companies and individuals with their own businesses how to be more organised so they can maximise their workload through the most efficient use of their time, using “work smart” principles which he was taught in Seattle, U.S.A.
Each client receives a bespoke service; he uses a Person
Centred approach to each client, working on their personal development
planning, self-awareness and using confidence building techniques etc.
He has also supported many people who have felt the despair of divorce
or other negative life changes. He supports them to become motivated,
find themselves, restore their confidence and increase their self reliance
and self esteem.
